The training is aimed primarily at people who will fill the Duty Officer position at their agency, or others who will be using ROADS to make or respond to resource requests.

ROADS

This course is intended for ROADS Agency Administrators and will cover the functions specific to that role. To get a broader understanding of ROADS, it is recommended users take the "CIFFC ROADS for Agency Duty Officers" course first, with this course as a follow up for those users who will be agency admins.
